Jennifer is experiencing the health benefits and financial savings that come from switching to a whole foods diet. She is the owner of a yoga studio in White Rock and not doubt has a busy schedule, yet she is managing to sustain the lifestyle. Way to go Jennifer!

It's an interesting challenge to go from being vegan to eating all whole foods, as there can potentially be lots of processed stuff in a regular vegan diet.  I've tried the sunflower seed pesto, the sundried tomato dip, and the lentil soup, which was absolutely mouth-watering. It's great practice to be super aware of everything you are putting in your body; not just foods, but every single ingredient. I'm eating in a lot more, which is saving me money, and that's definitely something that I want to sustain long term. You have so much more control over what you're eating, and you can keep the quality at its highest.I'm feeling good, light, and full of energy, especially after just getting over a nasty head cold. Thanks so much Julie.
