The Everyday Pantry Shopping and Produce Shopping Lists
What is the Everyday Pantry Shopping List?
The shopping list includes a few legumes, grains, oils, vinegars, nuts, seeds healthy sweeteners (optional), spices & herbs, dried fruits and some other condiments. These items have been carefully chosen for your pantry to optimize nutrition, while minimizing costs and offering you a wide variety of great tasting simple meal ideas.

Why the Same Shopping List?
From personal experience, I have found that basing your everyday meals on the same affordable healthy ingredients makes grocery shopping easier & eating organic more affordable. By changing the way various herbs, spices and foods are combined, one ingredient can have different uses offering you a wide variety of meal options. After reading many recipe books, doing personal research on nutrition, lots of (and is on going!!) experimentation in the kitchen I have chosen some basics pantry items that I have found to be the most affordable and most versatile for quick and delicious healthy eating everyday.
If a whole foods lifestyle is new to you, please note there will be an initial investment. I recommend gradually incorporating more whole foods ingredients into your pantry every week. Once you stock up on healthy oils, whole grains, legumes and spices you will not need to spend as much on groceries in following weeks.
Please note, this shopping list is meant to be a general guideline. If you are experiencing health challenges, I recommend consulting with a Registered Holistic Nutritionist to ensure you are eating the right foods to optimize your health and bring your body back into balance. I currently work with Orsha Magyar MSc, BSc, Registered Holistic Nutritionist. Click here for contact information to book an initial free consultation today.
