Great for Kids, Teens and those Discovering the Delight of Healthy Eating

Coconut Mint Chocolate Chip is by far the favourite - especially with kids and teens. Most people ask - shouldn't this be for dessert it tastes sooo good! I particularly recommend Coconut Mint Chocolate Chip GLOWnola for those who are new to healthy eating and not yet habituated to the delicious taste of whole foods.  Yes, Coconut Mint Chocolate Chip GLOWnola is nutrient dense and can be an energizing start to your morning.  Please note that coconut sugar is still a concentrated form of sugar and should be eaten in moderation and is not the best option if you have a sugar intolerance. Also coconut sugar is not considered  "raw". This sweetener is nutrient dense, low glyecmic, and in my opinion coconut sugar a healthier sweetener alternative than Agave Syrup.
