I'm in training right now for the Western Canadian Hatha Yoga Championships coming up this saturday, and I think that the whole foods diet has really helped to reduce the inflammation that I usually get. I feel vibrant, flexible and strong.
I've attached a photo of my grocery shop at the end of the week, which just goes to show that the challenge obviously worked its magic. I'm still feeling motivated to eat all of this amazing food, and the week challenge is over!
The highlights were learning about Gomashio and trying different kinds of seeds with pesto and sauces. I feel more equipped to have sauces ready in the fridge to make amazing yummy food. I've also taken a love for collard wraps, the pesto goes so well in them with fresh veggies. And the green juice...makes me feel so clean!
