The Quick Solution
Learn how to use a dish two or more times in different ways, and pair with other sauce, spreads, grains, legumes or vegetables that have complimentary flavours.
Example
Take a Tuscan Rosemary White Bean Dip as an example (featured in picture to the left). On day #1 enjoy on a rice cracker with avocado and shredded carrot; day #2 with sun dried tomato sauce and a sprinkle of basil; and on day #3 thinned out with some water and enjoyed as an Alfredo-like sauce on whole grain pasta noodles. And then there is the possibility of adding some artichoke, or roasted red pepper for more quick meal or snack creations.

- Choose a flavour theme each week such as Italian, Asian or Indian. When you prepare dishes in the same ethnic or flavour family, it becomes easier to combine and re-purpose dishes.
