The Secret for Everyday Easy
Learn several uses for affordable and easy-to-find ingredients like sunflower seeds, in-season produce, whole grains, legumes and my favourite most affordable nut/seed butter...tahini! When you know several uses for a whole food, inspirations for using the ingredient in your everyday cuisine comes easily.

For example, you can use Tahini to make mylk (mylks are non-dairy substitutions for milk), use as a spread on toast, make salad dressing (several types), hummus, Rosemary Tuscan White Bean Dip, pasta sauce, chocolate sauce, chocolate brownies...and YES there's more! Next thing you know, you can purchase tahini with the confidence that you will know how to use this nutritious product easily in your day-to-day cuisine.
