  • Organic whole grains and legumes are more affordable, and environmentally friendly sources of protein compared to animal based proteins. Especially if you buy dried legumes and reconstitute them yourself
  • Whole plant-based foods are more economical and healthy than packaged foods, even the so called "healthy" ones like soy based products such as soy milk and meat alternatives
